$106 thousand in gains realized on sale of residential loans originated for sale in the secondary market, due principally to an increase in purchase-related mortgage loan activity in the current period.

$130 thousand in occupancy and equipment expense, the result of a reduction in software maintenance and depreciation expense following the conversion of the Bank's core systems platform to an outsourced model inMay 2014 .
