$288 thousand in occupancy and equipment expense, principally due to increased rent associated with the relocation of the Company's office inBoston, MA , and depreciation of investments in new technology, principally those associated with ableBanking. -

$108 thousand in loan acquisition and collection expense, principally due to an increase in the size of the LASG portfolio, which has grown to$148.4 million from$62.3 million atMarch 31, 2012 . -
