Northeast Bank announced today that it has expanded its Lewiston-based Customer Service Center, adding six new positions over the past five months and extending its support hours to seven days a week.  Customers now have access to a live support specialist from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.  This expansion establishes Northeast as one of the only Maine-based community banks with late night and weekend live customer support.

Employees at Northeast Bank’s Lewiston-based support center are now available seven days a week, and serve over 16,000 customer households.
